St. Petersburg Citybranding

Task
Projekt from DMJX, where we were given the assignment to choose an international metropolis to give a dynamic visual identity.

Idea
My main inspiration was the Neva River, since I believe it is what connects the city and makes it so unique. I created a dynamic system consisting of repeating lines in different shapes inspired by the river. The shapes underline the versatility and endless opportunities of St. Petersburg. In addition, the elements have a practical function as they can function as a map
