Task
For my final BA-project at DMJX, we were given the assignment of choosing a significant issue and proposing a solution for it. The project involved crafting a visual identity, designing a website, and developing branding strategies. I chose to address the gender gap in leadership roles in Denmark, as there is a noticeable imbalance in male and female representation. Focusing on executives and senior leaders as my target audience, as I found through my research that they have a big impact when it comes to making a difference.
Idea
Because of the subjects complexity and scale, I chose to create a hands-on product, focussing on recruitment. The product is an online recruitment tool aimed at helping users in achieving a more objective assessment of candidates during the hiring process. Additionally, to establish a physical label that signals to both the outside world and job applicants the company's commitment to a more modern and transparent approach to recruitment.
